Santa Rosa Valley is a small rural unincorporated community with a small population of approximately 3,500. Situated between two 10 mile long mountain ridges, residents feel it is their own little secret space.

It offers an abundance of farming, nurseries and home developments with single family residences and a variety of custom-built estate homes. The minimum lot size is 1 acre with many homes on multiple acres offering picturesque views.

Horse lovers find refuge in this beautiful valley and many of the homeowners associations own and maintain their own community jumping arenas. An informal survey by homeowners in the area showed that about 1,800 horses are permanently boarded in the Santa Rosa Valley.

Surrounded by hills, it offers that country living that is close to the city and local residents love the lifestyle it offers.
